Theological education on the mission field is crucial for the training of indigenous members. The theological foundation equips pastors, teachers, deacons and deaconesses for their work. This project will bring theological educators to established seminaries and teaching locations. It will also send local pastors to established seminaries for seminars or full courses. Confessional Lutheran teachers will have an impact on young developing leaders. The education serves to develop the Witness of the Lutheran Church; partially funded by the 2016-19 National Offering.
