By means of refugees from civil wars in neighboring countries, the Lord brought the Lutheran church to Cote d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast) in the early 1990s. A decade later, civil war spread the Gospel further throughout the country. Today the Evangelical Lutheran Church-Ivory Coast Synod continues to evangelize and share the Gospel. With support, this church desires to reach out and begin relationships in 12 communities to bring Good News of salvation through Christ.
