Story by Deaconess Cheryl D. Naumann, VDMA Project Director
Missionaries, pastors, and seminary students in 22 countries of the Latin America and Caribbean region are celebrating their receipt of the gift of Theologica Anthropology and Sin, the 9th volume of the Confessional Lutheran Dogmatics Series to be translated into Spanish by the VDMA Project.
Contemporary views of humanity are varied and constantly changing. However, Theological Anthropology and Sin seeks clarity by establishing a permanent, essential portrayal of human nature, identity, and personhood based on Scripture and theology, countering shifting human ideas. It comprehensively examines concepts like the image of God, the pervasiveness of sin, human-Creator relationships, and ethical responsibility from an evangelical Lutheran perspective, offering guidance for current and future generations of church leaders and laypeople.

Written by Professor Klaus Detlev Schulz, professor of pastoral ministry and missions, and director of international studies at Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, the book is available on Amazon in both Spanish and English. Order your copy here.
